The Project Dance Explorations Beyond Front@ - Beyond Front@ Dance Exploration supports by stimulation the production and presentation of contemporary dance for artists and public in frontier regions of the North-East Slovenia, South-West Austria, West Hungary and North-East Croatia. The six main cooperating organizers, Flota (Murska Sobota, SLO), Dance Week Festival (Zagreb, HR), Pro Progressione (Budapest, HU), Dance Identity/D.ID (Pinkafeld, AT), OHO (Oberwart, AT) and Plesni Teater Ljubljana (Ljubljana, SLO), bring together their expertise and experience with those of the local and international artists and publics in order to create a new joint exploit in the contemporary dance. The organisers of the project Dance Explorations Beyond Front@ (Beyond Front@ Dance Exploration) are experienced artists, producers and cultural leaders with rich experience in important projects of contemporary art and the knowledge of intercultural contexts.

Blobs. Bodysnatchers. Scream queens.
Stuff of 70's horror films where the expression of fear shows itself through comedic hyperbole andwhere the things which terrify us no longer stand in relation to our reactions to them. What are we actually afraid of and how do we tame those fears? Whether our dread stems from an abstract force or a concrete feeling, there's always the lingering danger that our fears will consume us in the end.

Fearless people can not be tamed.

There is a monster in each one of us. What will happen if we fail to restrain it ?
How well can we tame others and ourselves? What is the price of that compromise?

By the gestures of indexing the performance (the project) also reflects his own pursuit, just as becomes his own reference, to wit, starts to work on an "auto-intelligent" way. Hereby, hopefully, emerges from a relative narrow field of interpretation that is the result of a conventional sensory reception, and replaces the production into a more intellectual space of explanation. At the same time, with an adequate irony, the piece searches himself, the immovable regulations of the „Contemporary Art", the manufactured creating process, that puts cogitation on one side, the norms, the canonized traditions, the artists, who suppose themselves to live in a limitless freedom, the theatres as the „Churches of Art" - all those, that are surrounding himself (ourselves).
